Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing The Virtue Letters. This policy explains how and when your letters ship, and applies to all purchases from The Virtue Letters, a DBA of Virtue Works LLC ("we," "us," or "The Virtue Letters").

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

When Letters Ship

Letters ship on the 1st and 15th of each month. If either date falls on a Sunday or national holiday, letters ship on the next business day.

At checkout, you'll choose your first ship date. Every letter after that ships on the next scheduled date, until all 24 letters have been mailed.

How Letters Are Delivered

All letters ship via USPS First Class Mail. Once mailed, letters usually arrive within 5–8 business days depending on your location. USPS First Class Mail does not include tracking, so we're unable to provide a tracking number for individual letters.

If a Letter Doesn't Arrive

If a letter doesn't arrive within 14 business days of its scheduled ship date, email us at hello@TheVirtueLetters.com. We'll happily send a replacement at no cost.

Address Changes

If the recipient's address changes mid-subscription, email us at hello@TheVirtueLetters.com with your order number and the new address. Please give us at least 5 business days' notice before the next scheduled mailing.

Undeliverable Mail

If a letter is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to you by email. Once you provide a corrected address, we'll re-mail the letter at no additional cost.

Damaged Mail

If a letter arrives damaged, email us at hello@TheVirtueLetters.com. We'll happily send a replacement at no cost.
