Refund policy
Thank you for choosing The Virtue Letters. This policy explains our return and refund terms, and applies to all purchases from The Virtue Letters, a DBA of Virtue Works LLC ("we," "us," or "The Virtue Letters").
Our 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind The Virtue Letters. If you or your reader don't love the letters within the first 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day window, email us at hello@TheVirtueLetters.com with your order number and a brief note. You do not need to return any letters or materials already received. They're yours to keep.
Once we approve your refund, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at hello@TheVirtueLetters.com.
After the 30-Day Window
Prepaid subscriptions. After 30 days, Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable. Your remaining letters will continue to ship on schedule for the full 12-month term.
Monthly Plan subscriptions. You can cancel your Monthly Plan at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, monthly payments already collected will not be refunded, but no further charges will be made. Any letters you've already paid for will still be mailed to you.
Damaged or Lost Mail
Please inspect each letter upon arrival and contact us at hello@TheVirtueLetters.com if a letter arrives damaged or if you don't receive it within 14 business days of its expected mailing date. We'll happily send a replacement at no cost.
Address Changes
If your recipient's address changes mid-subscription, email us at hello@TheVirtueLetters.com with your order number and the new address. Please give us at least 5 business days' notice before the next scheduled mailing.
Exchanges
Because each Virtue Letters series is a fixed 12-month subscription, we don't offer exchanges between series. If you'd like to gift another series to another recipient, please place a separate order.
Non-Refundable Items
Downloadable materials (including the printable gift introduction card) and any digital add-ons are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
